Terms and Conditions, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in FIT4MOM On Demand classes, programs, or digital content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

FIT4MOM On Demand provides prerecorded and streamed fitness classes and educational content accessible online. Content is provided for general fitness and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access FIT4MOM On Demand. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in exercise and that you have obtained medical clearance from a licensed healthcare provider if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing a medical condition, or have any health concerns that could be affected by physical activity.

3. Supervision of Children

Some FIT4MOM programs permit the presence or participation of children. When participating in On Demand content, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for supervising your child or children at all times. FIT4MOM is not responsible for any injury or harm to children during participation in online programs.

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand that FIT4MOM workouts are physically demanding and may result in accident, injury, illness, or other physical harm. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in FIT4MOM On Demand programs, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

You agree to listen to your body, use appropriate modifications, and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptoms.

5. Release of Liability

On behalf of yourself and your minor child or children, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless FIT4MOM, Stroller Strides LLC, its franchisees, officers, directors, owners, partners, employees, agents, instructors, volunteers, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in FIT4MOM On Demand programs.

This release applies to all claims of every kind or nature, whether foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown, including claims arising from negligence.

6. Medical Disclaimer

FIT4MOM On Demand content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program or making health decisions.

7. Access and Payments

Access to FIT4MOM On Demand is provided as described at the time of purchase. Access is personal and non transferable. Fees are billed as stated at checkout. Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final and non refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All FIT4MOM On Demand content including videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are the property of FIT4MOM or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of FIT4MOM On Demand is subject to the FIT4MOM Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

FIT4MOM may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
